Villa Il Giglio del Sud is designed for families and groups of friends who want to experience Pescoluse in complete freedom. A whole house, with no shared spaces, where you can be together and find your own pace.
Inside, four bedrooms, two bathrooms with shower, a living room and kitchen. Outside, a large paved courtyard, a covered dining area, a barbecue, and a terrace with a pergola facing the sea.

Utility room with a washing machine available for guests.
Air conditioning
In the two double bedrooms and living room. Fans are provided in the other rooms.
Rates

30% down payment at booking; the balance must be credited and available before arrival. Final cleaning (€70), tourist tax and security deposit (€400) are paid in cash on site. Dogs are welcome and must be declared at the time of booking, with a supplement of €150 per week per dog. In August, stays run Saturday to Saturday, minimum 7 nights. The rest of the year the minimum stay is 3 nights.
